Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly adaptable and energetic Executive Personal Assistant to become an essential part of our startup team. This role demands the ability to multitask, handle a high volume of meetings, switch tasks swiftly, and be flexible and ready for change at a moment’s notice. The successful candidate will manage a team of social media managers, be responsible, and reliable, have lots of energy, be a quick learner, and be able to systemise and strategise for efficient company growth. Excellent communication skills are crucial for managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. We expect the candidate to be very responsive and accessible during their shift, go above and beyond, and be fully committed to their role.

Key Qualifications:
-Experience working in a Start-Up Environment (highly desirable).
-Proven organizational skills and the ability to proactively solve problems.
-Strong proficiency in managing complex calendars and client communications.
-Detail-oriented with the ability to see the larger picture and manage tasks efficiently.
-Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
-Experience in leading a team, particularly in social media management.
-Project management skills and familiarity with social media platforms and graphic design are highly desired (bonus points).

Responsibilities:
-Must be able to be very flexible and switch tasks/priorities quickly and with ease
-Must be able to handle a high amount of meetings (great internet and communication skills)
-Serve as the primary point of contact for the Business Manager, managing a high volume of meetings and communications with flexibility and efficiency.
-Oversee a team of social media managers, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and meet our high standards.
-Ensure client relationships are managed with the highest level of satisfaction and responsiveness.
-Apply strategic thinking to systemize and strategize for company growth, demonstrating a capacity for both big-picture planning and detail-oriented execution.
-Manage and adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and a capacity for rapid task switching.
