Hiring a full time executive assistant to support me and out e-commerce company.
In this role you will work directly with me on the following items:
• Business Tasks
o Research competitors
o Transcribe notes from meetings and attend if I am unable to
o Organize files in Google Suite
o Create and clean up documents and spreadsheets in folder system of G-suite
o Find and research different services to help business grow
o Assist with hiring process for new team members
o Arrange all travel plans (research and book flights, book rental car, hotel or Airbnb)
o Calendar Management and appointment setting
o Expense management and input of expenses into online tool and minor bookkeeping
o Email correspondence with clients/vendors
o Preparing slideshows and presentations and some graphic design possibly
o Research prospective clients/new contacts
o Editing articles for blog and coordinate with guest contributors
o Create new Standard Operating Procedures
o Facebook ads, SEO and Amazon support
o Potential social media support – graphic design
• Personal Tasks
o Assist with personal purchasing.
o Event and family summer/vacation planning
o Pay various bills.
o Set up automatic payments when applicable.
o Set up and handle all vendors and services for the home (i.e., lawn maintenance, snow removal, etc.)
o Organize personal travel (find and book hotel rooms, make dinner reservations, arrange, and find things to do during your trip)
o Set up appointments (medical, dental, spa visits, etc.)
o Confirming and canceling reservations
The ideal person for this role will be highly organized with a strong desire to find better ways to do things.
