Work Schedule:
Mon-Friday, 3 hours/ day, Start at 8AM or 10AM PHL time
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
– Email and Calendar management
– Online File Management
– Document Proofing
– Appointment Scheduling
– Dropbox Management
– Prepare Basic Presentations
– Create Purchase Orders (Xero)
– Invoice/Bill Management
– Accounts Reconciliation
– Sending Event Invitations
– Create Checklists
– Household Management Tasks
– Dining Reservations
– Adhoc Tasks
Softwares & Tools to Use:
– Xero
– Asana
– Outlook
– MS Office
Desired Qualifications and Strengths:
– Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, both written and verbal, people skills and leadership skills
– Team player, results-oriented, unquestionable integrity and highly motivated
– Excellent Decision Making Skills
– Administration & Computer Qualifications
– High attention to detail
– Intermediate Excel Skills
– Organization skills
– Basic Xero experience
