Executive Personal Assistant with Bookkeeping experience needed

Two clients seeking a motivated, highly organized, tech savvy, resourceful, detail oriented candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills who wants to join our families to help and serve the team!

Job details
-Part time – 20 hours a week
-$5 USD/hour, paid biweekly
-Hours are 6am-10am CST Monday-Friday
-2 month trial period
-Training provided

Job description
**Travel Arrangements:**
– Booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
– Creating itineraries for trips.
– Researching travel options and prices.

**Bookkeeping**
-Accounting/financial background highly desired
-Training provided in order to maintain books
-Organizing receipts into various email folders
-Presenting profit loss statements for client’s review monthly.
-Experience with Quickbooks highly recommended

**Social Media Management:**
– Posting content on social media platforms.

**Calendar Management:**
– Scheduling appointments and meetings.
– Setting reminders for upcoming events.
– Coordinating and confirming appointments.

**Appointment Scheduling:**
– Coordinating and scheduling appointments.
– Sending reminders for upcoming appointments.

**Research:**
– Conducting online research on various topics.
– Compiling information into concise summaries.

**Personal Shopping:**
– Researching and purchasing products online.
– Comparing prices and finding the best deals.
– Purchasing holiday and special occasion gifts.

**Reminder Services:**
– Sending reminders for important tasks or deadlines.
– Following up on outstanding tasks.

**Online Shopping Assistance:**
– Finding products, comparing reviews, and making purchase recommendations.

**Health Tracking:**
– Creating and maintaining food and exercise plans/schedules inclusive of online grocery shopping and delivery
– Creating weekly meal plan and online grocery shopping for necessary ingredients.

**Communicating with family Nanny**
-Tasks necessary to operate household including discussing what household items and groceries need to be replenished

**Bookings and Reservations:**
– Making restaurant reservations or booking tickets for events.

**Email Management:**
– Organizing and categorizing emails.
– Responding to routine emails.
– Flagging or prioritizing important messages.
