The role:
We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, professional, has a keen eye for detail and is exceptionally thorough. This person should also be a confident decision maker with strong judgement and critical thinking skills.
Here’s what’s involved:
– Reservation and Guest Screening
– Communicate with all guests through our property management system – Guesty & Uplisting
– Manage the cleaning team and supplies
– Process all resolution claims (aircover)
– Remove negative reviews and other items impacting superhost status (cancellation)
– Coordinate property maintenance
– Monitor battery levels (locks and cameras)
– Review property video recordings daily to ensure compliance with house rules
– Process all vendor payments
– Prepare weekly expense reports
– Preparing monthly owner reports
– Post of Social Media and FB Marketplace
– Follow up calls with prospects
– Quality audit Airbnb listing descriptions and photo captions
– Lead the onboarding process of a new property, including scheduling a photographer, updating the property owner and facilitating the licensing process with municipalities as required
– Act as the first point of contact for a property owner when they have questions about pricing, their listing, guest inquiries, etc.
– Project manage guest communication and client relations tasks using
– Standardize operational procedures and update property information forms using the latest updates from property owners
Requirements:
– Proactive problem solving with quality, cleanliness, and experience as priority.
– Prior experience in guest support with Airbnb
– Very strong written and spoken English language
– Extreme attention to detail
– Outstanding customer service
– Excellent typing including speed and accuracy
– Ability to problem solve
– Read critically
– Ability to work with multiple technology platforms like Google Drive, , Google Docs, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, OpenPhone, Guesty Pro, PriceLabs
