Job Title: Executive Researcher (Virtual Assistant for Recruitment & Executive Search Support)

Job Type: Full-time – The successful candidate will need to be available for a minimum of 6 hours overlap with the UK working day 9-5 (Afternoon/evening in the Philippines).

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to source elite talent and build world-class leadership teams for high-growth companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Database Management:
-Construct, manage, and maintain dynamic talent pools and databases to enable effective recruitment operations.
-Mapping specific talent markets.
-Perform thorough research using tools like Loxo and LinkedIn to identify target companies and build pipelines of quality candidates.
-Keep our records organized and up-to-date including candidate profiles, job requisitions, talent pools, and client and candidate contacts.
Recruitment Process Administration:
Handle daily administrative tasks to support live requisitions such as application management, CV formatting, profile updates, and interaction tracking.
Manage candidate communications and the interview scheduling process.
Keeping Asana up to date.
Enhancing and managing candidate data so that recruitment campaigns can run effectively.
Recruitment Operations Support:
Develop and analyze candidate satisfaction surveys to refine our hiring processes.
Provide phone and general communication support to candidates and clients.
Assist with ad-hoc projects, demonstrating adaptability and where possible identifying opportunities for automation.
Business Development Support:
Identify prospective clients through traditional and digital lead generation activities.
Conduct market research to build targeted prospect lists.
Add prospects to campaigns.
Track interactions and campaign metrics using our CRM system.
Essential Skills:
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, using SharePoint to store files, ChatGPT and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Experience with a recruitment CRM and ATS.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with Loxo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, SalesQL, and Asana.
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
