Responsibilities of the Executive Sales Assistant:
Meeting Support:
* Shadow meetings and take comprehensive notes
* Distill meeting outcomes into actionable To-Do Lists, Agendas, and Action Items
* Organize and maintain recordings, creating a call library for sales calls
Administrative Support:
* Update trackers for each client, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Post daily templates for sales reps and input data from Slack into the tracker for the sales team
* Send reminders and messages to keep closers accountable for posting metrics or EODs
EOD Reporting and Analysis:
* Diagnose key areas of improvement across 6-10 daily end-of-day (EOD) reports for the client’s attention
* Perform problem diagnosis by reading EODs and highlighting calls for review and emerging issues
Basic Bookkeeping (Nice-to-Have):
* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as itemizing business expenses versus personal expenses
* Send reminders for credit card bill payments and assist with monthly budgeting
* Help organize and stay on top of the client’s personal finances
Additional Responsibilities (Nice-to-Have):
* Provide sales support and potentially grow into a more substantial role in this area
* Assist with booking personal travel arrangements if needed
* Perform minimal podcast editing tasks on a weekly basis and handle publishing duties
* Support content creation efforts, including making shorts or reels from podcast content and scheduling posts

Compensation: $9.6k-15.6k/yr
Qualifications:
* Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant (EA)
* Previous work supporting a Sales Manager or Director
* Experience in the digital marketing space is a plus
* Previous experience working in a start-up environment
* Ability to figure things out independently and excel in that capacity
* Enjoyment of fast-paced work environments
* Experience in organizing and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), particularly in sales, is highly desirable
