Job Title: Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant to the CEO (Minimum 1 Year Experience Required)

Amgis Group, a rapidly growing company involved in e-commerce, manufacturing, and investments, is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary. Individuals without specific experience in executive support roles will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize email correspondence, ensuring prompt responses and identifying urgent matters for the CEO’s attention.
• Arrange and coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while maintaining a well-structured itinerary.
• Assist the CEO in various business tasks across different sectors, such as research, report preparation, and coordination with other teams or departments.
• Support the CEO with personal and family-related tasks, including scheduling appointments and coordinating family events.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and executives, employees, clients, or partners, facilitating effective communication.
• Perform additional administrative tasks, such as organizing files and drafting correspondence.
Requirements:
• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an executive support role or similar capacity, preferably in a small or growing organization.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in different business sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, show initiative, and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience in managing complex travel arrangements and schedules.
•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
•High level of flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
