Executive Support Assistance Required – are you my superstar EA?

My company is growing and I need a communicative, passionate, reliable, innovative and intuitive virtual assistant to help my Australian Based Coaching company with admin tasks to help my run my multiple 6 figure coaching business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: Admin support to CEO/Founder.

TASKS INCLUDE:
– Use of Active Campaign Email Marketing software for weekly newsletters distribution.
– Creation of email marketing funnels using Kajabi.
– Weekly emails/podcast emails using kajabi
– Management of Google Suite.
– Being proactive in maintaining upto date records.
– Management of Click Up client management system.
– Alot of admin uploading and downloading tasks.
– Research based tasks.
– Source and manage my podcast guest list and invites.
– Repurposing content where able across platforms.
– Project based tasks.
– Manage backend Kajabi
– Proactive addressing of issues.
– Among other admin based tasks.
– Support the CEO and other coaches in making their jobs easier, removing load.

Must have experience with:
– Kajabi LMS/Emails
– Click Up
– Sqaurespace
– Later
– Zapier

Personal Traits:
– Attention focused.
– Fun and easy to get on with.
– Organised.
– Proactive.
– Communicative.

I need someone who is reliable and a self starter. Someone who is not afraid to ask questions and to take admin tasks off my plate to give me time back into my business. I need a STRONG communicator.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Fast technology and fast internet speed, a hunger to learn and grow with the business, ready for coaching and training (4 hours per day, then more over time if it’s a fit)
