About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and business-minded Technical Virtual Assistant to support our dynamic team and directly assist the CEO. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and an aptitude for efficient email handling. The ideal candidate will employ modern tools and LinkedIn to ensure smooth operations across our administrative, project tracking, and lead management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Management: Manage daily email traffic by sorting, replying to, and organizing emails to maintain a structured inbox.

Project Tracking: Monitor and update the status of all projects using project management systems, ensuring all projects are on track and stakeholders are informed of progress.

Administrative Tasks: Regularly sort and prepare invoices for accounting purposes, ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Lead Management: Utilize LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential leads based on specific criteria, facilitating initial conversations and transitioning prospects to client engagements.

Research Tasks: Conduct thorough research on potential leads and companies, providing detailed reports to enhance business development strategies.

Content Creation: Draft and manage the creation of content, including emails, reports, and LinkedIn posts. Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline content generation and scheduling.

Executive Support: Assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks, project coordination, and strategic initiatives, acting as a reliable point of contact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role with a focus on technical tasks and executive support.
– Strong business mindset with the ability to manage projects efficiently and support high-level executive functions.
– Familiarity with email management tools, Notion, LinkedIn, and other project management and social media platforms.
– Experience with AI tools, particularly in content creation.
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Prior experience in a tech-driven industry and direct support of C-level executives.
