I am a business coach in search of an Executive VA, Content creator & Pinterest manager to help with some important tasks such as:
Repurpose Podcast episodes into Blog posts, Instagram Captions, and Email Newsletters
Creating Canva Graphics via IG & Pinterest
Design 3-5 different Pinterest Graphics linked to blog posts
Batch and schedule Instagram posts 2-3 times per week
Inbox Support Management
– Communicate tasks on Slack with the team
– Use Flodesk/Kajabi for Emails
– Use Plann for content scheduling
– Use Clickup for SOPS & content approval
What I am NOT looking for:
– If you are disorganized or have difficulty with deadlines and structure, please do not apply

What I am looking for:
Hard Work and Efficient Performance are far more important than years of experience or lengths of resume
Dedicated, loyal, on time, organized, hit deadlines, quick learner, smart, strong in English
Every month is slightly different but on average I would say I have about 5-10 hrs/week worth of work offer.
Some weeks it could be more, and some weeks less.
If you end up being a great fit and show a high level of commitment, as my business grows, so will the tasks I have to offer you, and the position could potentially change to part-time or full-time with raises to accompany.
