ABOUT THE ROLE:
A privately-held, venture-backed financial technology startup based in the United States is looking to add a part-time Executive Virtual Assistant. This EVA will provide support remotely from the Philippines during U.S. Mountain Standard Time.

This is a part-time (20+ hours) remote opportunity to work for a U.S. business to support the CEO and potentially additional Co-Founders. The company is willing to transition the role to full-time after the first couple months.

ABOUT YOU:
Are you an operations wizard? Do you have experience as a virtual assistant at a fast-growing startup? We are seeking a dedicated Executive Virtual Assistant to support the CEO / Cofounder and other team members to alleviate bottlenecks in daily operations. This role is integral to managing various tasks across sales, marketing, customer service, and business operations enabling the team to focus on strategic areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Handle inbound sales queries, scheduling, and post-demo follow-ups using platforms like Intercom.
-Support sales operations including tracking leads, managing outbound communications, and entering data into Salesforce.
-Oversee post-sale processes such as account setups and onboarding customization based on specific data collection and client needs.
-Address customer service inquiries and resolve issues or bugs.
-Assist in operations, including managing recruiting workflows and engaging with potential candidates on LinkedIn.
-Coordinate logistics for marketing events and manage travel arrangements.
-Work collaboratively with a small team, often coordinating complex tasks and managing a full calendar.
Other misc. executive assistant tasks (filing documents, email outreach on behalf of the CEO, CRM data cleanup, etc)

REQUIREMENTS
-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, particularly supporting a startup CEO/Founder,
-Experience working with financial advisors or in the financial services sector is a nice-to-have but not required.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in CRM software (especially Salesforce).
-Extreme attention to detail and experience working with high-value clients.
-Possess an effective B2 level of English, demonstrating clear and easily understandable verbal and written communication skills.
-At least 2 years of experience with operations, data analysis and/or client relations (ideally with U.S. client accounts)
-Bachelor Degree or higher (summa, magna or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college is a plus!)

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Bonus: You’ve supported technology startups before.
Bonus: You have experience working with financial advisors or high-net worth clients.
Bonus: At least 3 years of experience as an Executive VA
