We are looking for an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant to directly assist the CEO! The VA will need to be capable of prioritizing multiple simultaneous tasks. Written and verbal communication in English is essential, bilingual (french) capacity would be a great asset. Finally, we are looking for someone who can maintain fast execution without errors.
It will require a proactive mindset and the capability to take on more than a normal person can handle. Personal organization and detailed planning will be the only way to succeed at this.
If you are chosen for the role you will have the opportunity to work in a very cool young team of professionals who are covering projects of national and internationally renowned clients and brands on the cutting edge of the talent management industry. Your role will be to help the CEO in tasks such as research, prospecting, B2B communications/sales and act as a second hand in every which way they need.
WHAT YOU’LL BE EXPECTED TO DO:
Follow all emails CC’d in order to be able to coordinate various tasks and projects, prepare and keep him informed on projects as they happen.
Generate leads and calls
B2B sales/prospecting
Market research
Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Perform a variety of market research following specific guidelines when requested.
Managing special projects when requested which will require multi-tasking.
Perform specific searches on google and social media for new suppliers/companies/industry surveillance as requested.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks as requested.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
3+ years experience in a virtual administrative assistant role
Computer and software knowledge, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Proficiency on various social media platforms
Knowledge of pipeline and tracking softwares
Natural talent in customer service and organizational skills
Must be able to work autonomously and within teams
A strong sense of attention to detail & is obsessed with staying organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact in English
Strong problem-solving skills – detail-oriented, creative, practical
French communication an asset
