Responsibilities
Data Management and Research:
• Organize and consolidate large amounts of data into easy-to-use worksheets.
• Upload and download data for mass marketing purposes.
• Conduct market research to find specific business names, contacts, addresses, phone numbers, and emails.
• Respond to any responses from mass emails and set up meetings.
• Email and/or call mass businesses to set up meetings.
Digital Marketing Support:
• Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Respond to social media messages and reviews.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
• Set up and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide reports.
Administrative and Organizational Tasks:
• Extract and organize data from scheduling platforms and other systems.
• Maintain accuracy in data handling and document preparation.
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings using tools like Outlook and Google Calendar.
• Assist clients in completing and submitting reimbursement forms.
• Create invoices and manage client payments.
• Handle employee access to systems and facilities, ensuring compliance with IT access protocols and security measures.
Project Coordination and Event Management:
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing projects and events.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate logistics for events and webinars.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite), especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Exceptional PowerPoint skills for creating high-quality presentations.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Proficiency with calendar management tools (Outlook, Google Calendar).
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Video editing skills.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).
