About the Role:
The Executive Virtual Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting The Company’s growth and operational excellence. This individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales and client support, including prospecting new business, conducting market research, creating presentations, and managing email and calendars. The role also includes providing sales and marketing support to other team members as needed.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the CEO with sales support and client support.
Prospecting new business, including market research.
Creating and enhancing presentations.
Managing email and calendar.
Providing sales and marketing support to other team members as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales (lead generation, outbound calls, prospecting)
1+ years of general virtual administration (executive admin support is an asset)
1+ years in digital marketing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.).
Project management, account management, customer service, and coordination skills.
Sales-driven personality, confident with marketing abilities.
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong prioritization and time-management abilities.
Very detail-oriented and organized.
Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Passion for digital marketing, sales, and continuous learning.
Bonus Experience:
Experience with QuickBooks.
Virtual Assistant Training and/or Certifications.
Digital Marketing Certificates such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
