Position: Executive Virtual Assistant/Personal Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
– Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and organize the owner’s schedule to ensure optimal time utilization across business and personal commitments.
– Travel Logistics: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries to ensure seamless transitions and adherence to schedules.
– Email Management: Streamline email communication, ensuring timely responses, prioritization of messages, and effective information flow.
– Digital Media Business Support: Assist in the management and development of a comprehensive digital media strategy, including content creation for a YouTube Channel, weekly newsletter, podcast, and long-form blog posts.
– Online Recruitment Company Oversight: Support operational and strategic aspects of the online recruitment platform, enhancing efficiency and service quality.
– Hospitality Business Management: Contribute to the oversight of cafes owned by the hospitality business, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
– Project Management: Lead and manage projects across the various businesses and personal endeavors using suitable project management software to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure timely completion.
– Strategic Planning: Actively identify opportunities for improvement, anticipate potential challenges, and strategize solutions to enhance business operations and personal administration.
Qualifications and Skills
