Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel spreadsheets, cold emails, Canva graphic designs, Google Calendar management, data entry, and various other administrative tasks. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

– Manage CEO’s email correspondence, including drafting and responding to emails in a professional manner.
– Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for various projects, reports, and data analysis.
– Design visually appealing graphics and presentations using Canva to support marketing and communication initiatives.
– Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events using Google Calendar.
– Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of important information.
– Conduct research and gather data as needed to support CEO’s decision-making process.
– Handle other administrative tasks such as file organization, document preparation, and general office support.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting high-level executives.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating and managing spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis.
– Strong communication skills with the ability to draft clear and concise emails.
– Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools to create visually appealing materials.
– Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Familiarity with Google Calendar and other G Suite applications.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
– Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
