We are looking for a versatile and results-driven Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves a combination of proactive lead follow-up, appointment setting, customer support, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to seamlessly navigate between lead engagement and closing sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Follow-Up and Appointment Setting:
– Proactively engage with leads through various communication channels.
– Schedule and coordinate appointments with potential clients.
– Manage both warm and cold leads, employing effective strategies to secure appointments.
Customer Support:
– Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
– Resolve customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
– Collaborate with the team to address complex customer concerns.
Affiliate Partner Support:
– Engage with affiliate partners to understand their needs and provide support.
– Build and maintain positive relationships with affiliate partners.
– Address inquiries and concerns from affiliate partners in a timely manner.
Cold Calling:
– Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate interest and leads.
– Utilize effective communication techniques to articulate product/service value.
– Document and update information gathered during cold calls in the CRM system.
Sales:
– Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
– Guide potential clients through the sales process, addressing objections and showcasing product/service benefits.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving sales goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Proven experience in sales, lead follow-up, and appointment setting.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and partners.
– Experience in cold calling and confidence in engaging with potential clients.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Previous experience in a customer-facing and sales-oriented role is highly desirable.
– A self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude.
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
