Buzz Krew LLC is a forward-thinking company offering a diverse range of services, including project management, drone photography, 360 virtual tours, website development, graphic design, and digital marketing. As we continue to grow, we’re in search of a dedicated Executive Virtual Assistant to be an integral part of our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage emails, schedule appointments, and assist with day-to-day operations.
Client Management: Utilize Honeybook to draft proposals, create invoices, and manage contracts.
Communication: Coordinate with the graphic design team on Slack and handle client communications.
Document Editing & Management: Edit and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Organize, manage, and maintain documents using Google Suite for both Buzz Krew and its clients. Ensure data is stored systematically and is easily accessible.
Prospecting & Client Outreach:
Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Conduct cold messaging and email campaigns to generate leads and onboard new clients.
Research & Data Gathering: Conduct online research as needed and compile data for various projects.

Calendar Management:
Schedule meetings, set reminders, and ensure preparations for upcoming appointments
Project Management: Assist in managing projects using ClickUp, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Content Creation:
Draft blog posts, newsletters, and other content pieces.
Assist in content planning and strategy.
Social Media Management:
Schedule, post, and manage content across platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
Familiarity with tools like Honeybook, Google Suite, Slack, and ClickUp.
Strong editing and proofreading skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in prospecting and cold outreach.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
