Executive Virtual Assistant – Remote
Location: Remote (Company based in Toronto, Ontario)

Industry: Commercial Real Estate & Short-Term Rental Management

Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (20-40 hours/week)

Salary: $3-$8/hr, dependent on skills and experience, with potential bonuses

Working Hours: Flexible, preferred 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM EST, Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for an Executive Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations and growth.

Role Overview:
As an Executive Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our business. This position offers room for growth and development as you become more familiar with our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Schedule Management: Keeping the calendar organized, ensuring timely follow-ups, and helping stay on top of all appointments and commitments.
Client Deliverables: Sending out deliverables to clients promptly and efficiently.
General Virtual Assistance: Undertaking various administrative tasks to support daily business operations.
Data Entry and Transcription: Organizing business information and documents, maintaining spreadsheets, and ensuring data is up-to-date and accurately entered.
Customer Service: Handling guest inquiries for short-term rentals and managing lead inquiries through Facebook ads.
Research & Copywriting: Conducting research as needed and presenting findings in specified formats.
Ideal Candidate:

Experience & Skills: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required. Excellent written communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Apps, CRM tools, and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana) is highly desirable. Familiarity with communication tools (Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, Teams, Slack) is important for staying connected with the team.
