Looking for a rockstar Executive Virtual Assistant. The Executive Virtual Assistant will be an integral piece of our luxury hospitality and design company. You will be the executive assistant to the CEO, helping to build presentations, organize data, and communicating directly with clients and business partners.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
-Checking inboxes: responding to inquiries, removing spam, foldering follow ups, organizing invoices, etc.
-Manage google drive folders: Organizing digital files such as property images, presentations, contracts, receipts, etc.
-Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all business processes.
-Managing google calendar for CEO
-Manage booking calendar for 4+ Airbnb/VRBO listings
-Quickly respond to guest inquiries and communicate with necessary parties to tackle guest problems, repairs, service requests
-Organize CEOs inbox.
-Assist in creating client presentations and other digital assets like menus and welcome signs
-Assist in gathering data from the internet and software like Pricelabs and compiling information into google sheets and reports
-Create monthly “owner” reports from booking software like hospitable
-Send a daily email report to CEO detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
-Manage tasks in software
To qualify for the position, you must have the following:
-MUST HAVE experience working in Zoom, gmail, google calendar, google drive, canva and inbox management
-MUST HAVE experience working with Airbnb or other booking platforms. Hospitable a plus.
-MUST HAVE Exceptional English skills including writing, reading, and speaking
-MUST HAVE Excellent customer service skills
-MUST HAVE Exceptional organisational skills

In addition to having excellent English skills, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.

-Communications apps like Zoom, Google Meet
-Property Management software such as Hospitable

-Squarespace (not required by a plus)
-Mailchimp or other email marketing software
We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise inm the ranks. If you have the following skills, this would be a big help, but not required:
-Bookkeeping/Quickbooks
-Graphic Design
-Video Editing
-Social Media Management
Salary: $4-5.50/hr
This is a part-time position Mondays to Fridays, 4pm to 12am CT preferred, but may be flexible. You’ll qualify for 2 weeks sick/vacation leave after the 6 month probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays.
