Our founder has been leading the company with a hands-on approach and is looking for a dedicated virtual assistant to join the team.
Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and excellent skills in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides. This role involves daily interactions with the founder and solo work on various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 1-2 daily meetings with the founder (Pacific Time, early mornings, and potentially early evenings).
Oversee active customer accounts and manage related tasks.
Manage and organize the founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Oversee email follow-up with clients.
Perform data entry and manage documents in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
Provide support in financial modeling and other finance-related tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role.
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (experience is a major plus).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage client communications.
Background in finance is highly desirable.
Ability to work in Pacific Time zone (early mornings and potentially early evenings).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for conducting meetings.
We seek someone proactive in managing and organizing tasks, ensuring meetings happen on time, and keeping the founder focused and on track. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reigning in the founder’s fast-paced approach and insisting on follow-through to maintain productivity and efficiency.
