We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced virtual assistant to provide remote administrative and business support to our executives. In this role, you will be the right hand to our leadership team, ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Rate: USD 4 / HR
Eastern Time Zone OR any timezone Client is in.
Part-time / Full-time (Depending on the Client’s Requirement)
Responsibilities:
**Lead Generation & Appointment Setting:**
Prospect and qualify leads through different Social Media Platforms.
Develop and follow lead nurturing strategies to build rapport and interest.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads.
Confirm appointments and manage calendar conflicts effectively.
Track and report on appointment-setting metrics (e.g., call volume, conversion rates).
**Communication Hub:**
Manage email and message inquiries, acting as the first point of contact for the executive team.
Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring clear communication with all leads/clients.
**Calendar & Organization Master:**
Maintain the executive’s calendar, prioritizing tasks and scheduling appointments effectively.
Manage contact lists and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Organize and prepare meeting agendas and materials, anticipating needs and ensuring a productive session.
**Project & Task Management:**
Proactively manage projects, adhering to deadlines and keeping the executive informed.
Research and compile data and reports, presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
Prepare presentations and documents, ensuring professional formatting and accuracy.
Follow up on outstanding tasks and maintain a system for efficient workflow.
**Additional Responsibilities:**
Manage social media accounts as assigned, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Conduct internet research and gather relevant information to support the executive team.
Perform other administrative duties as delegated, ensuring a smooth operation.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or executive assistant.
Preferably with experience with CRM tools and Project Management tools like GHL, Airtable, ClickUp, Trello, Hubspot, etc.
Social Media Content Management Experience (Preferred)
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and prioritize deadlines.
Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
