Executive Virtual Assistant ( Business Coach)- Looking for a unicorn!

Now…let’s talk about Michele, our client looking for her own unicorn to support her coaching practice. The ideal candidate is expected to be confident with the following responsibilities and skills:

*You will be scheduling and rescheduling meetings for clients all around the world in different time zones, managing your client’s calendar and email box, performing easy data entry, and joining your client on calls as their assistant.
*Send links and reminders to people she has meetings with that day
*Preferably, we are looking for someone with experience using the following tools: HubSpot, Calendly, Teams, Zoom, OneDrive, and LinkedIn.
*You should be adept and comfortable with Excel and Adobe (creating PDFs with all receipts and front page) – we will cover the cost for a license to have access to Adobe.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to respond to inquiries in the LinkedIn inbox.
*Michele’s clients are nonprofit executives so they are both busy and expect you to be super nice.
