Now, let’s discuss our clients, Courtney and Michael – the dynamic pair driving a successful full-service event management company. They excel in creating smooth in-person experiences and enhancing online engagements, focusing on email marketing, digital media, website development, sponsorships, travel logistics, and more.

Right now, they’re in search of a LONG-TERM Executive Assistants to become an integral part of their team. Acting as the backbone of their operations, the chosen candidates will work closely with the team and clients, ensuring the seamless execution of their various services.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
*Manage Asana tracking of tasks and ensure completion of outstanding tasks.
*Review inboxes for incoming emails, draft responses, and flag emails for follow-up.
*Review Google Calendar for each client, ensuring calendar events are up-to-date with all events from client overview event campaigns.
*Run through a quality control checklist for each live event.

Client Requirements:
*Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
*Proficiency in Google Drive, Slack, Asana, and Canva is preferred.
*Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
*Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control.
