Executive Virtual Assistant – looking for a unicorn!

I’m Rhino Julie, and I LOVE building super teams to service our clients’ needs.

I need someone who is SUPER organized to help our clients offload their daily tasks and free up their calendars so they can grow their businesses.

You might be helping clients with their projects, calendars, emails, customer onboarding, CRM systems (Active Campaign, Go High Level, Kajabi, etc), their social media, and LinkedIn Reach Outs.

Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours 😀

Requirements & Qualifications:
*Strong written and verbal communication skills – a must
*Highly organized with strong attention to detail – a must
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities – a must
*Ability to follow clear processes consistently – a must
*Tech-savvy or has the ability to work with technology – a must
*Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools – a plus
*Proven experience managing social media accounts and email marketing – a plus
*Experience in Active Campaign, Go High Level, Kajabi, and other CRMs – a plus
*Experience in LinkedIn Messaging – a plus
