About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled, versatile, and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support across various domains, including administrative tasks, social media management, digital marketing, customer support, graphic design, research, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently. Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and provide personal assistance.
Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Organize files, manage document flow, and maintain Google Drive.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports (to be assigned later).

Email and Calendar Management:

Transition email management from Outlook to Gmail.
Manage daily emails and handle email campaigns using CRM tools like Lofty.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

Vendor Communication and Event Coordination:

Handle phone calls and maintain professional relationships with vendors.
Organize luncheons and coordinate follow-up gifts.

System and Document Management:

Create and manage efficient systems and procedures.
Assist with listing presentations and manage document flow.

Social Media Management:

Develop and manage social media content across various platforms.
Monitor and respond to social media interactions.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies for better engagement.

Digital Marketing:

Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor digital marketing performance and report on key metrics.
Collaborate on content creation for email campaigns, blogs, and websites.

Customer Support:

Provide timely and professional support to customers via email and chat.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues to maintain satisfaction.

Graphic Design and Multimedia:

Create engaging visuals for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
Edit videos and create multimedia content for various platforms.

Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Gather and analyze data to support business decisions.
Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.

Lead Generation and CRM Management:

Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
Manage and update the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (Rating 10/10).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Canva, intermediate Excel skills, and experience with CRM systems (Lofty preferred). Familiarity with Google Suite, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools. Graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) experience is a plus.
Proactivity: Must be able to handle tasks independently, anticipate needs without a daily task list, and effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for regular updates via Google Chat and email.
Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Creativity: Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
Customer Focus: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and develop practical solutions.
Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
