Do you like being a Virtual Assistant / Personal Assistant / Virtual Office Administrator? If so, it appears that we can be your long term solution for work. For the right person, this could be your last/forever job.

Our small office has been around for 20+ years and is a very busy one. While it can be busy, you can be sure that we’ll all operate together as a family team. All we ask is that you put in an honest days work and you can be sure to be rewarded more and more as time goes on and you continue to prove to us that you’re a real team player; part of the family; expecting to continue working together for many years to come.

We have two Full Time employees in the US and two Full Time VA’s in the Philippines and we’re looking for that one final person to complete our team.

During Eastern Standard Time working hours 9am – 5pm M-F, I need someone who speaks and writes perfect English at will to help answer all incoming calls, make outgoing calls, and be able to communicate via email quickly and properly.

We are looking for someone to work with us throughout the day to deal with all aspects of administration in our busy practice; filing, scheduling, chasing customers, inbound calls, re-routing calls, taking messages, emails, filing, sorting. We will cross train so that you will eventually be able to do anything in the office at any given time.

Need someone loyal; we will be loyal to someone who is loyal to us. We’re looking for that one special team member that plans on staying with us for many years and we WILL reward that person greatly as he/she proves themselves and as we prove ourselves to you as your employer.

We will give specified holidays off and pay will increase based on the standards of your work and efforts. Our pay periods are every other Friday. Pay will start at $700-$900 a month based on experience and how the interview process goes. Pay can go up from there based on future performance. I’d like to see the perfect team player reach a nice monthly salary in much great amounts over the course of a few years. If you become invaluable to us, we’ll make sure we do what it takes to keep you! 🙂

We are looking for a special person to join our small staff. We are a close-knit family and this person will be joining our family, so it’s going to be critical to us to find the right person.
