Job Summary:

The Executive Virtual Assistant will provide pivotal administrative support to the CEO and President, playing a crucial role in the efficiency of our leadership team. This detail-oriented professional will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and reporting critical data, managing scheduling and correspondence, and maintaining various administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate reports and presentations using advanced Excel functions to support decision-making processes.
• Manage and update multiple Trello boards to ensure task and project progress is tracked effectively.
• Handle scheduling, email correspondence, and other administrative tasks to support the CEO and President.
• Utilize Slack for internal communication, ensuring prompt and clear responses to queries and updates.
• Prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines, maintaining a high standard of work without the need for excuses or delays.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with project management tools, specifically Trello, and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a proficiency in using Slack for professional communication.
• Ability to respond to inquiries in a timely manner, offering clear and concise information.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding tight deadlines, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
