Key Responsibilities:
? Manage the CEO’s schedule and appointments effectively
? Prepare, edit and proofread business documents, presentations, and reports as required
? Conduct industry research to identify trends, competitors, and potential investment
opportunities
? Respond to emails in a professional and timely manner, managing the CEO’s inbox
? Plan and organize travel arrangements and itineraries
? Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email,
and advertising
? Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional items for
the CEO and the company
? Monitor and analyze campaign metrics and generate reports for management
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and design to ensure
consistency in messaging and branding
? Help create and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and promote the
company’s services
? Maintain the company’s website and social media accounts
? Manage budgets and timelines for marketing initiatives
? Work with Quickbooks for several entities
? Interact with accountants and property management teams to provide data both financial
and otherwise
? Optimize the use of Follow Up Boss and implement marketing efforts
? Interact with investors by providing account-generated tax documents and handling
some investor relations
? Process investor subscription documents for new investments
? Handle calls and emails from investors and vendors, including securities lawyers,
investment portal platform, accountants, etc.
? Assist with administrative tasks associated with running AmericaVest, DRC, and various
real estate transactions/properties
? Manage marketing and social media activities
? Can do social media marketing calendar
Qualifications:
? Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant
? Strong organizational and time-management skills
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite including EXCEL
? Experience in marketing or advertising is a plus, preferably in the real estate industry
? Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising tools
? Ability to analyze data and provide insights
? A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field is
preferred
