Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Executive Assistant for our UK venture capital investment firms who will help our company ceo and manager with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. You will be working with an exciting startup organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities!

Working 8am to 5pm uk gmt hours
Monday to Saturday

Must have a MacBook or good quality computer or laptop to work from home in a quiet environment , be able to take video calls with clients in a clean and organised space.

We are based here in London Uk we need someone who has great English and has previous experience working for a big organisation alongside the CEO directly.

The Role:
Data entry
Research
Social media planning
Ceo- Calendar management and coordination (scheduling/rescheduling meetings, time-zone management, etc.)
Agenda management and meeting briefing (i.e. daily prep for meetings, key task reminders, pre-meeting notes)
Assist with small tactical documentation prep (create and polish 1-pagers and small decks)
Take meeting notes and create follow-up items
Expense report administration
Liaising between executives and teams and coordinating calendars
Executive travel, meals, logistical planning, and support
Admin and accounting
Staff hiring and interviewing

The Requirements:
Microsoft Excel
Experience with Notion or similar tool is a must
Familiarity with Gmail and slack for internal communication is a must
Basic-intermediate Google Sheets experience for data pulls / uploads is a must
Basic to intermediate Excel/Sheets experience
Experience with G Suite
Experience with Monday, Dropbox, DocSend (or similar tools)
Experience working for Venture Capital firms is a must
1+ years experience working in a CRM (Affinity preferred)
Experience with list management (forms and objects) and cleaning
Exceptional English communication (both verbal and written), problem solving and interpersonal skills a must
Must be attentive to detail, problem solver, and complete deliverables promptly
