Job Description

I am an entrepreneur managing multiple business ventures and personal projects. I am seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support across both personal and business needs. This role demands exceptional multitasking abilities, confidentiality, discretion, and a high degree of professionalism.

The Executive Assistant will manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency across various personal and professional activities. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage scheduling and organisational needs across personal and business fields.

Candidate must haves:
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software (e.g., Google Workspace, project management tools – Asana, Slack, WhatsApp, CRMs).

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in a virtual capacity.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle correspondence,

Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, managing emails and phone calls, and preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing household services, and organising personal events.

Project Management: Assist with business and personal projects, including research, data analysis, and tracking project progress to ensure deadlines are met.

Financial Administration: Manage expense reports, track budgets, and handle invoicing and payments.

Event Planning: Plan and coordinate both personal and business events, meetings, and travel itineraries.

Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive personal and business information.
