Exotic Car Rental Sales Representative/Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative/Customer Service Agent at our exotic car rental company. This is a full-time position with a work schedule of 10 am to 6 pm CDT, and no exceptions can be made regarding the working hours. The salary for this position is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
– Handle reservations and manage all phone calls, providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive rental experience.
– Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide detailed information about our exotic car rental offerings.
– Collect payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
– Proactively make outbound calls to warm leads, promoting our services and converting leads into sales.
– Demonstrate excellent English communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide clear and concise information.
– Utilize your sales background to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
– Be familiar with creating and sending promotional SMS and emails to customers, maximizing sales and engagement.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in sales and customer service roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Strong proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
– Familiarity with creating and sending promotional SMS and emails using appropriate tools and platforms.
– Outstanding interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
– Passion for exotic cars and familiarity with luxury vehicle brands is a plus.
