Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, profit, and loss.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing detailed financial analysis and reporting.

Coordinate with external accounting for tax-related matter to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Maintain and reconcile balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and month-end/year-end closing activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

With experience in US-related accounting matter

CPA is a plus points but not required

Proficiency in accounting software like Quickbookspoint

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data management.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Knows how to use ClickUp
