Experience in SEO, Link Building, Web Scraping, List Building, Posting to Websites – SEO Virtual Assistant Opening

Hello, My name is Atlas, and I am looking for a full time virtual assitant to help our growing online advertising and marketing firm.

Atlas Omni Media runs over 100 web sites focused on lead generation, affiliate marketing, and direct digital product sales utilizing
a combination of online tools (Weebly, WordPress, Clickfunnels) and more.

I am looking to bring on a full time virtaul assistant immediately for long term growth to assist with these specific tasks:

– LIST BUILDING (you will go to websites, and collect data such as email, business name, phone number, and web site address)
– Backlink creation and research (We provide all the tools needed and detailed instructions) – You just need time, and a web browser!
– Ability to Post (cut and paste) into Quora, and other web sites, forums, and social media group, requires good understanding of English
– Managing / Signing up for Web site Traffic Systems (3rd party web sites) and doing basic cut/paste to manage content (send emails, ad-exchange banners)
– Email Management (ability to cut/paste and send out emails) using our system(s)
– Ability / experience doing basic research such as “Locate Legal Directory Sites, and Sign-up using details we provide”
– Ability to communicate during EST (-5 GMT) business hours, via microsoft TEAMS (We will provide you full access)

Things you will need:

– good consistent work hours (40 hours a week!) – NOTE we use time tracking software to make sure you get paid for your time!
– good internet that is reliable to be online those 40 hours!
– Access to a reliable computer, with chrome web browser, (We will provide all microsoft tools and software as part of Microsoft 365

Please be aware, assuming you want a 40 hour schedule, that schedule will be during 9am to 5pm based on EST time zone (New York, USA),
and you will be expected to communicate via Microsoft Teams during those hours with the rest of our team.

Ability to answer phone calls in English is a plus – please let me know if you have ability for this.
Editing or posting (blog posts, articles, cut and paste, etc) experience with WordPress websites
Editing experience on Weebly Web Designer (ability to make minor edits, like placing a backlink, on an existing Weebly web page)
Experience with SEMRUSH, AHREFS, or other for SEO keyword analysis tools (or other similar ranking experience)
Experience at all with “Rank and Rent” concept web sites (Sites which are lead generation for many different niches)
Experience with these products/services : GoHigherLEvel, cPanel, WordPress, Click to view, Click to view
Experience with Video Editing (Camtasia? or other software?)
Experience with Text Content Generation (AI generated content to cut/paste online)
Experience with WordPress (Editing existing pages, any experience with plugins like WooCommererce, AllinOne SEO, please let me know)
Experience in general with Affiliate Marketing (Clickbank, digital products, promoting online
