Job Description

A Transaction Coordinator in real estate is responsible for managing and coordinating the various aspects of a real estate transaction from contract to closing. This role involves liaising between real estate agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure a smooth and timely closing process. Key responsibilities include organizing and tracking transaction documentation, communicating updates to relevant parties, scheduling inspections and appraisals, and addressing any issues that may arise during the transaction. The Transaction Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating a seamless and efficient real estate transaction for all parties involved.

Qualifications

1. Freeing up agent’s time so that they can focus on income-generating activities. “Call or
text at beginning of shift and ask agents “What can I help you with and making cold calls?”
2. Assist in building out the Medina Team Manual & Sales Playbook.
3. Escrow Management – Transaction Coordination
4. Time Management – Calendar Management – Scheduling appointments
5. Manage Emails
6. Monitor Systems
7. Client Relations Management System Monitoring and input.
8. Dotloop Updates – Maintain compliance
9. Upload to MLS – Listing Input
10. Prepare CMAs
11. Virtual Listing package
12. Virtual Buyer’s package.
13. Add 3×5 to C21 campaign and follow up plan
14. Prepare & Create forms: Addendums, Change Orders etc.
15. Reassure listing has been pushed out to the website.
16. Writing offers & Listing Agreements
17. Follow up on Testimonial’s completion
18. Monitor Lock boxes & Follow Up for feedback
19. Updating and monitoring Transaction Summary & Prospecting #s
20. Help Dispatch for agents in the field.

2. Prepping Seller Reports – Golden Ruler, Trulia & Zillow
3. Manage C21 campaigns
4. Pull numbers. Set up Mojo dialer -Filter Numbers.

5. Assist in training incoming team members
