Seeking an inspired, motivated and passionate Digital Marketing VA specialising in Email Marketing and LinkedIn Outreach with Exceptional English Skills to Work with a Professional Development Company

We are on the lookout for a proactive and innovative Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is bifurcated into two main areas: Email Marketing and LinkedIn Outreach. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing and optimising our email marketing systems while also leveraging LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential clients. Your primary goal will be to create meaningful interactions that lead to booking sales calls with our company’s owner and identifying opportunities where our products can support our clients’ needs.

We’re looking for a VA that is eager to learn, thrives both independently and in a team, and possesses an innate ability to follow instructions with precision. We’re looking for someone who is honest, open, impeccability and follows through on their word to join our dynamic team.

What’s in Store for You?
• A competitive compensation of $4 AUD per hour.
• An opportunity to expand from 20 hours weekly (Currently on offer) to a full-time 40-hour role.

Email Marketing Responsibilities:

– Manage and optimize email marketing systems to ensure efficient and effective communication with our target audience.
– Develop and implement engaging nurture sequences that guide our prospects through a journey from awareness to conversion.
– Craft compelling and magnetic copy for email campaigns that align with our brand voice and messaging while resonating with our audience.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align email marketing strategies with overall company goals.
– Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.

LinkedIn Outreach Responsibilities:

– Optimise LinkedIn profiles to create authenticity and authority, enhancing our brand’s presence on the platform.
– Identify ideal clients on LinkedIn, initiate and maintain meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
– Engage in regular posting and networking to foster a robust community around our brand.
– Strategically introduce our products and services to potential clients, identifying opportunities where we can support them.
– Book sales calls between potential clients and the company owner to discuss tailored solutions.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand message across all platforms.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in email marketing and LinkedIn outreach, preferably within our industry.
– Proficient in email marketing platforms like MailChimp, Constant Contact, or similar.
– Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy.
– Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
– Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
– Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
