Job Description: We are seeking an experienced 3rd party debt collector with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate is a hard worker, goal-oriented, and able to meet daily, weekly, and monthly quotas. You must be a CLOSER who can utilize our scripts and rebuttals effectively and convert incoming calls to closed accounts, whether through payments or one-time settlements. This position requires exceptional communication skills, both with clients and team members, as well as meticulous attention to detail in following procedures and leaving precise notes.
Key Responsibilities:
? Dial out and take incoming calls to collect outstanding debts.
? Maintain high closing percentages and meet daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
? Utilize our scripts and rebuttals to convert incoming calls to closed accounts.
? Communicate effectively with the team and follow up on outstanding accounts.
? Use our CRM, Simplicity Collect, to manage accounts and record detailed notes.
? Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
? Be available to receive incoming calls before and after shifts as needed.
? Learn and internalize our unique collection process, making it your own to achieve success.
Qualifications:
? Proven successful track record in 3rd party debt collection.
? Hard worker and goal-oriented with a high closing percentage.
? Excellent communicator and team player.
? Skilled at following procedures and policies.
? Ability to leave precise and meticulous notes.
? Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Simplicity Collect.
? Coachable and willing to learn our dialing out process and pass a test demonstrating the ability to close an account.
? Dedicated to working remotely and maintaining a positive work environment.
? Open to working PST hours and occasional calls outside of scheduled shifts.
? Must provide references, which will be called during the hiring process.
