Pharmonis USA LLC is a dynamic and fast-growing company in the bedding industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and take charge of managing our relationship with Amazon, one of our key retail partners.
As the Experienced Account Manager for Amazon, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business through effective management of our Amazon account. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize sales, improve brand visibility, and enhance customer experience on the platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry.
Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace, including trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior.
– Drive sales growth on Amazon by optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and implementing promotional strategies.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of Amazon-specific initiatives.
– Monitor competitor activities on the platform and identify opportunities to outperform the competition.
– Conduct regular analysis of sales data and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop actionable insights.
– Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise with Amazon, including managing product listings, customer reviews, and feedback.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the Amazon team.
Requirements
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, ideally with a focus on Amazon.
– Strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics and best practices on Amazon.
– Proven track record of successfully managing and growing accounts on Amazon.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
