Job Responsibilities:
– Perform general accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
– Prepare financial statements, reports, and various financial analyses
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any accounting-related issues
– Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
– Conduct periodic audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
– Provide financial advice and guidance to management as needed
– Prepares weekly statements for clients with invoice breakdown
– Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
– Respond to client billing inquiries and questions
– Collects payments

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in the construction industry.
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
– Proficient in using accounting software QuickBooks and MS Excel.
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Familiarity with US GAAP and tax regulations is a plus.
– Must be able to work in the Los Angeles time zone.
– Have a reliable computer and internet access.
