Are you looking for an opportunity to take your real estate admin career to the next level? We are looking to hire a full-time real estate assistant who’s main scope of work will be providing a high level of administrative support in an established and proven real estate business.

Scope Of Work:
– Managing Social Media
– Verifying and Setting up Appointments with Buyers/Sellers
– Responding to Email and Live Chat Inquiries
– Email Management
– Graphic Design (flyers and mailers)
– Post, Design, and maintain Listings
– Content Creation
– Property Research
– Follow-up Calls (sometimes, not always)
– Obtain All Necessary Signatures on Listing Agreement, Disclosures and Other Necessary Documentation.
– Coordinate Showings & Obtain Feedback.
– Provide Proactive Weekly Feedback to Sellers Regarding All Showings and Marketing Activities.
– Supervise All Administrative Duties for Home Buyer and Seller Transactions from Contract to Close
– Aid Real Estate Agents, Clientele, and other Stakeholders with Paperwork and Ensure the Completion of all Escrow Documents,
such as Appraisals, Titles, and Mortgage Loans
– Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
– Arrange meetings and attend online meetings to take notes.

Qualifications:
– Established & strong phone skills
– Speak and write English effectively with confidence
– Positive, enthusiastic motivated and solution-oriented
– Familiarity with Real Estate CRMs
– Ability to fluently adapt to new systems & software
– Driven to success by success to succeed
– Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken
– One year of BPO experience is an added advantage
– Proficient in writing and handling documentation
– Has excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills
