Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Admin or Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience in the property maintenance and improvement sector (Renovations and small handyman jobs) . The ideal candidate should have a strong background working with construction or renovation companies, demonstrating profound insight into property maintenance challenges and solutions. As well as really good attention to detail.

Requirements:
1. Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the property maintenance and improvement sector, who have worked with construction or renovation companies

2. Language Skills: Strong spoken and written English, with minimal accent.

3. Job Management Systems/CRM: Proficiency in using Job Management Systems and CRM is essential.

4. Time Management & Administration: Demonstrated strong time management and administration skills to handle various tasks efficiently.

5. Excellent Telephone Skills: Must possess exceptional telephone skills for effective communication with clients and team members.

6. Initiative & Self-Motivated: Proactive and self-motivated, taking the initiative to go the extra mile and continuously improve.

7. Responsive & Urgent: Capable of swiftly responding to emails and phone calls with a sense of urgency. Comfortable handling voice and video calls when needed.

8. Quoting & Invoicing: Ability to produce quotes and invoices accurately.

9. Note-Taking & Follow-Up: Proficient in maintaining detailed notes of jobs, timesheets, and meetings… and effectively following up with customers and staff.

10. Staff Management: Skillful in managing staff and coordinating team efforts.

11. Working hours: 8 am to 5:30 pm. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
