**WHO ARE WE**
Hi there, we are a fast-growing company that is looking to start and grow our PRIVATE LABEL baby products business on Amazon FBA in US.
We have 9 LIVE SKUs now and are already 5 figures in revenue our second month of selling.
**WHO DO WE NEED?**
We are seeking an expert/experienced Amazon FBA Account Manager to help build our Amazon business together. We are looking to source for MORE products and expand our existing SKUs into other marketplaces. You must be:
1) Familiar with the steps and strategies of with launching new private label products (bonus points if you have a SOP)
2) Familiar with pricing strategies
3) Familiar with listing optimisation using Data Dive, Helium10 and Sellerise as a tool
4) Familiar with inventory management
5) Familiar with account performance and optimisation strategies
6) Familiar with inventory management and shipment related knowledge
**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**
1) FBA Operations Management:
– Oversee the end-to-end FBA process, including inventory planning, shipment creation, and order processing.
– Optimize FBA settings to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to FBA operations.
2) Inventory Management:
– Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand.
– Implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
– Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure a seamless flow of inventory.
3) Performance Analysis:
– Regularly analyze account performance metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
– Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions.
– Amazon Policy Compliance:
4) Stay updated on Amazon’s policies and guidelines
– Ensure full compliance
– Proactively address and resolve any account or policy-related issues.
5) Customer Service Collaboration:
– Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and issues related to orders and shipments.
– Work towards maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
1) At least 4 years of relevant Amazon account management experience.
2) Ability to formulate and clearly communicate data insights to others.
3) Exceptional understanding of strategy and operations related to technical consulting and project delivery.
4) Extreme attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate those details to the team and client.
5) Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations.
6) Strong relationship-building skills.
7) Open-minded and ready to learn while also willing to teach.
We will agree to a fixed set of duties and hours per month and stick with it. You will clock in on Hubstaff when you work.
