Job Description

Our company currently does $13mm/yr in sales, and we’re hiring strategic team members to help us 10X that number in 12-24 months.

This role is for a highly skilled amazon expert who loves challenges and wants to see the impact of their work on the company’s growth. You will be working as the right hand person under our Logistics Manager.

We’re looking for someone with a strong desire to learn, grow, and develop in their careers. You’ll serve under the primary “logistics” person within our E-commerce business, and your work will have a direct revenue impact.

For this role, you’ll be responsible for the following:
– Forecasting & restocking based on our KPIs
– Working with Brands to place orders
– Coordinating freight across jurisdictions
– Working with 3PLs to prep & transfer inventory
– Keeping our inventory management system up to date & accurate
– Creating shipments in Amazon, Walmart, Deliverr, and other platforms
– Making sure no shipments get stuck or delayed
– Taking over as much as possible from our current Logistics Manager

The right person is someone who naturally has a “growth mindset” and has a track record of being able to coordinate externally to make sure orders are placed and shipments arrive on time.

You’re the perfect fit for this role if you have:
– You’ve worked on an account of comparable size
– You are an excellent verbal & written communicator
– You execute with a sense of urgency (same day, same week)
– You’re detailed oriented
– You’re hyper vigilant about following Amazon’s terms of service
– You can solve problems and make thoughtful decisions without “relying on a manager”
– You can see yourself leading a team in the future
