Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and organised Amazon Account Manager to join our team. If you like seeing your clients win and work structured and over-deliver on their expectations, then please apply today.

This is a unique REMOTE opportunity for a highly skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. This is a REMOTE CONTRACTOR role, requiring a good internet connection (at least 50MBps), your own workstation, a smartphone with data. Ideally with access to back-up generator.

If you’re enthusiastic & positive person who likes learning new things and solving problems.

You need to be PROVEN AMAZON EXPERT and have 3+ years of experience in most or all of the following areas on Amazon:
Listings bulk uploads, EBC/A+ content implementation, Ads Bulk Operations & Case management, Advanced troubleshooting. Vendor Central experience is not requirement but a advantage.

This is a long-term position with growth opportunities for your skills, experience and with a chance to make extra bonus.

There’s a few criteria for this role, please only apply if you meet these criteria, and confirm this in your application:

– Excellent spoken English (The role will involve telephone/Teams conversations with our Amazon Account Manager and Clients)
– A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic formula creation and pivot tables
– Excellent organisation skills, preferably with some project management experience previously (not essential)
– Attention to detail and strong organisational skills is a priority
-Strong understanding of Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices.

Responsibilities:
– Support client management, reply to emails and prepare and share reports.
– Attend call with team, take actions away and carry these out before the next meeting.
– Listing Management: Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, including product descriptions, pricing, and images.
– Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, particularly to monitor stock which is not selling.
-Troubleshooting and fixing account issues.
– Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement

We’re an Australian based company and we have clients selling in AU, UK and US and expectations will that you work Australian hours. 9AM-6PM.
