I’m looking for a Part-time Appointment Setter (30 hours/week, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance).
The ideal candidate is highly organized, a quick learner, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They possess excellent comprehension skills, follow instructions efficiently, and have prior experience with:
Making calls
Managing projects
Documents & Spreadsheets
Email communication
General assistant work
Your Top Tasks:
– Experience with GoHighLevel CRM is a plus!
– Phone Support (Warm leads)
– Answer emails to leads on my behalf
– Screen leads to ensure they qualify
– Manage customer queries and respond (text and email)
– Client follow-up
– Calendar Management (send reminders)
– Proactive in giving feedback on the process for continuous improvement.
– Other assistant work
Job Requirements:
– Excellent comprehension skills
– Not salesy when speaking with leads (talking instead of speaking)
– Ability to both upsell and downsell (replace “Knows how to” with “Ability to”)
– Critical thinking and problem-solving skills (combine for clarity)
– Proficiency in spreadsheets, documents, and emails
– Smartphone and laptop with a good internet connection
– Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
