Experienced Appointment Setter for an Online Trading Education Program

We are one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. market and in the entire world for the Trading Online Education space, with a very strong presence on Instagram. Our main marketing channel with over 540k followers and hundreds of potential clients we connect with every day.

We are looking for 4 appointment setters to add to our high performing team mainly to help us respond promptly to the messages we receive in chat on Instagram, and create or/and continue conversations in the direct messages, following company procedures and standards.

We use GoHighLevel as our main CRM platform to handle our inbound lead flow and all the chats are connected to Instagram – Pre-recorded and live training will be available in order to perform optimally. The resource we are looking for will also need to track and tag conversations with prospects and perform ongoing follow-up activity, including helping to reschedule people who didn’t show up on call to the appointment they booked. (As the rest of the team will also have access to Meta Business Suite)

Previous experience in appointment setting roles is not required, but is a plus to one’s application. The key characteristics of the person we are looking for are:

– Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (The work will be written-only, but internal meetings and training materials will be in spoken English)
– Hunger and ambition
– Possibly have no other jobs at the moment or otherwise prioritize working with us
– Work ethic, attention to detail and availability/accountability

Equipment requirements:

– Preferably PC/Desktop setup
– Backup Computer/Laptop
– Good stable internet connection
– Backup internet

These are the hours we will need:

Morning Shift (7:00AM – 3:00PM PH Time)
Night Shift (9:00PM – 7:00AM PH Time)

Hourly pay is fixed and there are bonuses shared with the team each month, based on general appointments set.
