We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying and reaching out to potential digital marketing agency leads who require assistance with operations and fulfillment.
Job Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for prospecting and initiating contact with digital marketing agencies to qualify and set appointments for our operations and fulfillment services. You will utilize various communication channels, including social media and email, to establish relationships and generate interest in our solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Organic Outreach:
Create and manage social media profiles to attract and nurture leads.
Develop and implement organic content strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Engage with leads via social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and email to introduce our services and create interest.
Email Outreach:
Craft compelling and personalized email messages to reach out to leads.
Follow up with leads through email to nurture and schedule appointments.
Manage email campaigns and track responses.
Lead Tracking and Reporting:
Maintain a detailed record of all lead interactions and appointments scheduled.
Provide regular reports on lead generation progress and performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales (digital marketing or lead generation industry experience is a plus).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram, for business purposes.
Ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients over the phone and via email.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software is a plus.
