As an Appointment Setter at DFY Ecom, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
You will utilize your outstanding communication skills and persuasive abilities to book appointments and maintain a database of contacts.
We provide leads on a daily basis to contact and book into a calendar.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and engage potential customers to introduce our services and create interest in our offerings.
Handle inbound inquiries from prospective clients and provide them with essential information about our company and solutions.
Utilize persuasive techniques and effective sales scripts to schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and optimize appointment-setting campaigns.
Follow up with leads and maintain a nurturing relationship until appointments are confirmed.
Monitor industry trends and stay updated on our products/services to address customer inquiries effectively.
Requirements:
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a related sales role is a plus, but not mandatory. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to turn potential leads into confirmed appointments.
Ability to handle rejection with resilience and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using basic computer applications.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
