Mission for Executive Personal Assistant
Remove bottlenecks and take over nitty-gritty tasks from our founder so that he can work more on the business and remains free from unnecessary stress and distractions.
Main Success-KPI:
– Time freed up in Founder’s Calendar
– Reduction of touchpoints from founder with tasks that are not strategic.
– Number of issues resolved without escalation per month
– Making sure Founder can Focus on needle-moving tasks to achieve company goals and objectives
– Ensuring Founder is not distracted with tasks that are not priority
– Average response time to emails or messages from the founder is less than 5 hours
– Most problems are being solved without Founder’s assist
Responsibilities
Execute on tasks delegated to you by founder based on importance and priority
Any problems and challenges that arise are dealt with appropriately and independently.
Finish the new tasks you get as soon as possible and make sure you do them with attention to detail.
1-3-1 Rule: Every time you have ONE problem, come up with at least THREE well-thought-out solution proposals and choose ONE preferred solution.
Research & communication tasks.
Assistant in screening and recruiting interviews
Planning and coordinating travels, booking hotels, flights etc.
Manage and plan Founder’s calendar and arrange meetings
Manage daily life of Founder
Daily async communication with Founder to discuss all important points that need to be addressed – make sure to minimize communication after if not emergency
Setting up Documents and SOP’s
